By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this carefully and in its entirety, as clients who violate the terms may be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning. If you are not comfortable with my Terms of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, I will decline your commission.

general terms

Client

• You, the Client, are expected to read my TOS before commissioning me.
• You have permission to display my work on external sites and social media, including but not limited to social media where i have already posted the commissioned artwork, as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.
• You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.
• You may not claim my work as your own.
• You have permission to use the commissioned artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
• You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the commissioned artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (i.e. NOT for sale).
• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless previously discussed.
• You are NOT authorized to trace over the commissioned artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”
• By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.

Artist

• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
• I am available to clarify any aspect of my Terms of Service, my general commission information, and/or provide quotes for my service at your request for no additional charge.
• I reserve the right to display your commissioned artwork in my gallery for any reason, and/or post it on social media, unless previously discussed.
• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
• I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your commission for any reason.
•While I do not charge a fee for complex designs, I may simplify or streamline elements of a given design (plate armor, intricate costume ornamentation/embroidery, tattoos, machinery, etc) to suit my art style. If your character’s design contains an especially significant element you don’t want to be simplified, please mention this to me either in your initial order form or in the sketch phase of your commission.

commission process & info

Ordering

• Ordering instructions for each commission type are provided in their respective listings on the menu, either as a text template or a Google Form.
• You, the Client, are expected to fill out all fields of the form unless they are explicitly stated to be optional.
• I reserve the right to make changes to your request as I see fit unless otherwise discussed. To guarantee the total accuracy of your commission request, please make note of the required details and elements in the form.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow. I encourage you to carefully review your request for accuracy and clarity before submitting it to ensure there are no errors.
• In the case of Ko-fi commissions, your purchase automatically reserves a slot. I will review your request and notify you promptly if I need to decline your commission for any reason, in which case I will issue you a 100% refund.
• In the case of Google Form and privately discussed commissions, I will send you a Stripe or PayPal invoice only after I have reviewed and accepted your request. You are not authorized to send me any kind of payment until I have accepted your request and sent you an invoice.

Payment

Depending on current availability, you may purchase your commission through my Ko-fi commissions menu or make the agreed payment via a custom invoice from Stripe or PayPal. In both cases, you must deposit 100% of the price upfront before I begin working on your commission.
• I accept payment in USD only.
• If you need to cancel a commission request at any time and for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can begin processing your refund if eligible.

Refund Policy

For all commissions, I offer 100% refunds only if I have not started work on the sketch for your commission. Further refunds scale depending on the commission type.
• For Character Illustration commissions, I offer a 75% refund if the sketch is complete, 50% refund if the lineart is complete, and 25% refund if the flat colors are complete.
• For Emote Chibi commissions, I offer a 50% refund if the sketch is complete.
• Additional refunds are not available for PWYW Sketch commissions.
• If I cancel a commission, I will issue a 100% refund.
Once a commission is finished, it is non-refundable.

Queue & Scheduling

• You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.
• In the case of Ko-fi commissions, contact me through email or DM prior to purchase if you intend to request a deadline so that we can discuss whether or not I will be able to fulfill your prospective order within the allotted time frame.
• When requesting a deadline please be courteous and allow at least 2-3 weeks notice depending on your commission type. I reserve the right to decline an order if the proposed time allowance is too short.
• I reserve the right to take up to 3 weeks to begin working on a commission, and an additional 3 weeks to complete said project.
• You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.
• I will work on my commission orders sporadically based upon whichever piece I'm the most inspired/comfortable with at the moment.
• The queue page available on my site is intended to track overall progress and does not reflect the order in which I will work on commissions.
